There is no sustainable economic performance without social performance! The “Nouvelle donne” podcasts collection in which we will talk about transformation: digital and social transformation, mutation of work and management, organisational and cultural changes.

For this first edition, Bruno Mettling looks back at the current crisis linked to the covid-19 and proposes lessons to engage employees and emerge strengthened from this unstable period.

The transformations within the company that have been underway for the last twenty years have really accelerated with the covid-19 crisis.

Without disregarding the health and economic crisis that we are experiencing, every company is going through an internal crisis that it must manage. This difficult period allows us to remember that it is in these circumstances that the companies that come out of it are those whose leaders will be able to take on board the challenges of human capital better than ever.

"The leader must find a high quality posture and avoid a posture based solely on adaptation and on operational, economic and financial aspects. He must have a discourse that mobilises the men and women of his company". Bruno Mettling

Why the covid 19 crisis is more complex than any other

It is more complex because it is global, it concerns all sectors, all institutions and entities and its intensity induces an imbalance that we have never experienced.

The case of the global pandemic was not anticipated by companies, few of them were prepared, and it is all the more admirable that in this very difficult context there were no major difficulties. It is interesting to note that this crisis has allowed companies to show agility and adaptability.
