Sylvie Teynier has built her career as HR Director in different companies such as Lhoist France, Tarkett, JDE & Carte Noire, Adova or KFC.  A lawyer by training, Sylvie is a coach and specialist in the management of major transformation and HR projects, social strategy and organisational design. She has also cultivated her skills in management training, in developing a winning social dialogue and in building high-performance HR teams.
