Stéphanie Foäche was interviewed by Xavier BISEUL, journalist for It For Business as part of its dossier on the “future of work” and more specifically on the association of CIOs and HRDs as the main actors of change.

“With hybrid work, the service aspect becomes essential,” continues Stéphanie Foäche. Employees aspire to feel as good in the office as they do at home and expect their company to improve the articulation between private and professional life. This is why we are seeing the emergence of concierge services, healthier catering, sports facilities, wellness offers and even nap or garning rooms.”

“Tomorrow, the metaverse will be able to complete the system by offering a different experience,” said Stéphanie Foäche. Beyond the organisation of specific meetings, an immersive universe can create, unlike Teams or Zoom, informal and even emotional moments. We are only at the beginning.”

In the present report, the journalist also addressed the subjects of the right to disconnect and collaborative practices that can be supported by the IT department.

“In the office, there is a social consensus,” says Stéphanie Foäche, senior partner at Topics. “Depending on the business, people leave at 5pm, 6pm… It’s easy to leave. At home, an employee may feel guilty and have difficulty closing his computer. There is the fear of being asked to do something and not being at the end of the line or being judged.”
