The changing world of work: an overview

Created in November 2018 by Bruno Mettling, former HR Director of the Orange Group and author of the report “Digital Transformation and Life at Work”, which in 2015 already determined good practices in terms of teleworking, telecommuting management and the right to disconnect.

For the second year running, topics has published its Observatory on the Transformation of Work conducted by OpinionWay. The study crosses the views of employees, managers and staff representatives from large companies on the changes in work.

To accelerate its development, topics will now be able to count on Jean Giboudeaux. He will bring his experience in managing and developing a consultancy firm.

With OpinionWay, topics created the Observatory of the transformation of work. In this study, the main topic is about changes at work.

With All Leaders Initiative and the support of topics, OpinionWay has developed the first Observatory of the Cost of Conflicts at Work to put words to one of the most insidious evils of the company.
